Fanouropita
Good morning! This is fanouropita it is actually a cake with raisins and we usually make it at 27 of August because on that day Saint Fanourios is celebrating. Saint Fanourios is very miraculous is a Saint who helps you find something for instance a job, your health, good luck and things like that.
The ingredients
A glass of sun oil
a glass of orange juice and zest
a glass of sugar
1tsp soda
1tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp carnation
500gr farina flour
75gr raisins
salt
Bake 180 degrees 60 minutes
