125gr fresh yeast
200gr lukewarm water
250gr flour
liquid ingredients
250gr butter
450gr sugar
5 eggs 1 yolk
120gr orange juice
orange zest
115gr milk
1 vanilla
1 teaspoon mastiha
2 tablespoon mahlepi
1/2 teaspoon salt
1100gr flour
60gr sunflower oil
we cook them to 180 degrees celcium for 45 minutes
