Homemade Clafoutis with apricots and almonds

Delicate dense dough, similar to a baked egg cream, halves of sweet fruit and some fragrant nuts. This French dessert is impossible not to love.

Ingredients


  • Apricots 500 g
  • Eggs 4 pieces
  • Sugar 125 g
  • Salt ¹⁄₄ tsp
  • Butter 60 g + 1 tbsp. spoons
  • Milk 250 ml
  • Flour 100 g
  • Vanilla sugar ¹⁄₂ Art. spoons
  • Almond petals 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking


  1. Cut apricots in half and take out the seeds.

2 ․ Beat eggs lightly in a bowl. Pour sugar and salt and whisk with a whisk or mixer.

3 ․ Add 60 g of cooled melted butter, milk and flour. Mix well.

  1. Oil the baking dish. Pour the dough into it and place the fruit in it.

  2. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and almonds.

6 ․ Bake in an oven heated to 200 ° C for 40–45 minutes.
