Delicious Risotto in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
Sliced tomatoes in their own juice
Vegetable broth
Butter
Olive oil
Onion
Garlic
Rice for risotto
Ground black pepper
Basil
Cooking
Mash chopped tomatoes with half a broth with a blender.
Pour the tomato mass into the stew pan and add the remaining broth.
Bring to a boil and immediately reduce the heat to a minimum.
Meanwhile, in another saucepan, heat two types of oil.
Throw finely chopped onions to the oil and fry, stirring, 6-8 minutes until soft.
Add finely chopped garlic and cook another 1 minute.
