Momo: Undeclared National food of Nepal
If you ask any Nepalese and their favorite food, it is going to be undoubted MoMo or Nepalese dumplings. This dumpling is believed to be originated from Tibet but in Nepal, the Newar community of Kathmandu started it. It is one of the fast food that you can have as your lunch or dinner but would never get tired of it.
The MoMo is the flour that is filled with variety of ingredients from inside. The most popular in Nepal are:
