INGREDIENTS. :-
For Filling. :-
- Sesame seeds/Nuvvulu :1 cup
- Peanuts /Pallilu. : 1/2 cup
- Coconut pieces /Kobari mukkalu : 1/2 cup
- Jaggery /Bellam : 1 and 1/2 cup
- Oil : for fry
For outside layer :-
- Rice : 2 cups
-Urad Dal /Minappappu : 1 bowl
- Salt : as required
PREPARATION :-
STEP 1 :-
For this first we drench 1 bowl minapappu, 2 bowls rice for 6 hours.
STEP 2 :-
Next we blend it by including little water till mixing like glue.
The batter ought to be in medium thickness like bellow image consistency.
STEP 3 :-
Then we fry Sesame Seeds in low fire for 10 min.
STEP 4 :-
Fry Peanuts in low fire
STEP 5 :-
Then we blend seared Peanuts and Sesame Seeds together, Keep aside
STEP 6 :-
Then we blend Coconut sorts and squashed Jaggery out, now include Peanut and Sesame Seeds powder and mix the entire substance .
STEP 7 :-
Place the blend in a bowl, get ready little adjusts (laddu) like given image
In mean time we heat the oil
STEP 8 :-
Then we dip laddu in mixture, evacuate with two fingers and gradually leave into warmed oil.for this pls follow given images.
STEP 9 :-
Fry till brilliant darker shading
