Lemon cakes.
300g of sugar and 4 eggs-beat well..the juice and zest of one lemon..add 200g soft butter 300g flour.....1 sachet of baking powder..1 sachet of vanillin 1 tsp...turmeric...bake 30 minutes at 200g...for the glaze 4-5 tbsp. of Mar.powder and 2 tbsp. of lim.juice stir well and gently coat the top with a sharp knife to cut into squares...
love it, looks delicious. i add poppy seed too. will try turmeric. bon appetit!
