Honey-Chipotle Chicken with Roasted Asparagus and Long-Grain Rice

My wife threw this little dish together. She made the honey-chipotle sauce herself and put it on baked chicken.

The Asparagus was pan roasted with coconut oil.

In another cast iron skillet, she cooked rice with sautéed baby bella mushrooms and swiss chard.
