Last Night's Dinner @ Lunasi

Last Night on the menu @Lunasi we had...
*Aperitif of Maple Ginseng Wild Yeast Cider, left over from night before. The Ginseng in this cider was purchased with early landtrust illicit growing money of 'unknown' origin, along with tools, guns, and a rototiller. Known to be American Ginseng, though, and of nice size. Thanks Gramps for hoarding away such tasty Foraged Noms
- Blueberry Pomegranate Cider for main meal
The standard "We Feel Lazy, We've Worked Hard Dinner" at Lunasi = Pizza & Cider. My brother Danyota the Serpent Slayer has a word doc which I am now in possession of that has 17 pages of unique pizzas he has made over the last several years. He is hiking the Pacific Crest Trail right now though, so we have free reign over the kitchen and the basement full of cider he left for us. Thanks Danyota! Here are the pizzas me made last night:
- Lunasi Garden Red Sauce + Moz + Lunasi Oak-Log-Grown Shiitakes + Green Olives + Artichoke Hearts
- Lunasi Garden Garlic Scape & Almond Pesto + Moz + + Lunasi Oak-Log-Grown Shiitakes + Green Olives + Artichoke Hearts
Both of these Pizza's had an accompanying dipping sauce made with
-Yogurt (Ideally Fage, 100% Fatty Nom)
-Fresh Dill
-Garlic
-Cayenne
-Cinnamon
-A Dash of Apple Cider Vinegar
We also made a YoniPie, of course: White Mullbery, Sour Cherry (red and yellow), and Current (Red and Black). @Encanta taught @Ladylunasi how to make her legendary peppercorn and rose petal shortbread crust. Nom!
We sadly ran out of whipped cream, so we call this one chafed, shaved yonipie. Let this be a lessen, ladies, do leave a full, and luxurious, and delicious bush.

WOW!! You lucky ladies, really living it up out there :P haha, I like that 'lazy dinner' at lunasi is like mega-gourmet endeavor anywhere else :P My lazy dinner is like a costco a tamale and some hot sauce =( wah wah
