EASY DUCK EGG SALAD "A La Lily" - HOLY YUM! DUCK NOM!

Nothing gets a bunch of eggs out of the fridge and into my family's bellies faster than duck egg salad. It is so packed with yum, so rich and creamy, so tangy and crunchy, so fast and easy. ("Hey, who are you calling Easy?" - Duck Eggs).

STEP ONE: Hard Boil and Peel 1 dozen duck eggs

STEP TWO: Mash them with a smasher!

STEP THREE: Mix in Mayonnaise

STEP FOUR: Salt, Pepper and 2 cloves of garlic. Splash of apple cider vinegar. Anything pickled in your fridge, including pickled radishes, cucumber pickles (we use bread and butters made from home), peperochinos, hot peppers,garlic scapes, dilly beans, olives, etc.

STEP FIVE: Add Lots of Dill, Basil, Parsley, Thyme, or any other herb you enjoy. Garnish with Borage Flowers. Serve. Enjoy!!
