TO DRINK: Wild Yeast and Honey Cider
Ingredients:
1 duck carcass including neck and wings, stewed in a crockpot with some vinegar and onions and salt for a good long while- picked and strained for the broth.
4 new potatoes
4 medium beets with greens washed and chopped in
Many Shiitake Mushrooms, we shake them in dry and then soften into the soup in big yummy slices
Salt, Pepper, Braggs Amino Acids, & Thyme to taste
Stew it at just simmering until the root veggies are sufficiently cooked. Taste once more before serving and adjust spices accordingly, adding what you like!
Green Garlic and Chanterelle Mushroom and Sour Cream Garnish.Then, everyone to the table, moment of silence, and Nom Nom Nom!!!
