Salads and fruits are the best choice for a good health

We must include at least one salad daily in our meals specially those that are rich in antioxidants. The colours in vegetables are importante, those of red colour or pink are very good for keeping cancer away from us, good for the heart and they give so many more benefits for health.

I mention some of the red ones:

  • red peppers
  • red grapes
  • beets
  • strawberries
  • red onions
  • watermelon
  • red cabbage
  • guavas and many more

Today I am publishing this rich salad ful of nutrients made of beets, carrots, pepper, red onion, red potato, tomatoes, all cut as you please, you can cut some in slices and in stripes.

I served it with a dressing made with 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, 2 spoons of mayonnaise, coriander leaves and 2 roasted garlic, serve with salt at taste. You can accompany it with wholemeal bread.

Serve the table and good appetite
