Pork chops in the oven
Delicious pork chops, baked with onions, mushrooms and cheese. Meat melts in the mouth!
600 g of pork (better neck)
salt and pepper to taste
300 g of champignons
2 tablespoons Butter
1 onion head
150 gr grated cheese
4 teaspoons of mayonnaise
4 tablespoons ketchup
Cut the meat across into thick slices about 2 cm, lightly beat off with a hammer and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mushrooms cut and fry in butter.
Grate onion on a large grater or simply cut into half rings.
Lay the meat on a baking sheet or in a mold. Then put onions, mushrooms and grated cheese.
Mayonnaise mixed with ketchup and greased from above.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 1 hour.
Before serving, sprinkle with parsley or green onions.
