RE: The 'Blue Zones' diet: Foods that help people live to 100
I've heard about the Blue Zones. Besides the diet, they all share some daily exercise, which could be walking, farming, etc, and a sense of family and community. I've heard that other cities are trying to become Blue Zones, with grocery stores replacing the junk near the registers with whole foods and healthy items, and parents getting together to walk their kids to school in a "walking school bus." It's a great movement.
yes definitely not alone food can give you a healthy life but one have to consider other stuff too like you explained
