Fluffy cheesecake - step by step recipe
A very fluffy cheesecake that always comes out. It requires a lot of time to prepare, but it is not too complicated.
Time of execution: 2 h 30 min - 3 h
Number of servings: 12 - 16 pieces (form 22 x 27 cm)
Components:
Cake:
- 1 cup of flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- ¾ margarine cubes (about 180 g)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Curd:
- 1 kg of cheese from a bucket or 3 times ground
- 2 vanilla sugars
- 3 vanilla or cream puddings
- ¾ glasses of oil
- 1½ glasses of milk
- 1½ cups of sugar
- 6 eggs
Additionally:
- powdered sugar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of butter (for spreading the mold)
- baking paper
Proven recipe step by step for a fluffy cheesecake
Grind the cheese (2-3 times).
Make the dough: mix the flour with baking powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar, chop everything with margarine. Add 3 yolks and knead the dough.
Roll out the dough and transfer to the mold.
Mix the ingredients for cheese mass: 1 kg of cheese, 6 yolks, the rest of sugar (1½ cups), vanilla sugar, powder pudding, olive oil and milk.
Whip the egg white with a little salt and translate it to the cheese mass.
Gently connect the mass with egg white and put everything on the cake.
Bake 1 hour at 185 Celcuius degrees, and after 30-40 minutes, when the dough is brown, cover with baking paper, so that the top will not burn. Cool cheesecake in the oven.
