Fish in beer batter - step by step recipe
The fish in beer batter are pancakes with pieces of fish with a slightly beer flavor - the perfect cake replaces the traditional batter and does not require large preparations.

Ingredients:
- 3 fish fillets
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons of corn flour
- ½ teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 egg
- a pinch of baking soda
- 8 tablespoons of milk
- 7 tablespoons of beer
- a pinch of salt, pepper and garlic
- frying oil
Preparing fish in beer batter step by step:
Prepare fish; cut into smaller pieces
In the bowl, mix the dry products (flour, corn starch, baking powder and baking soda). Put an egg into a tall dish, pour the milk and mix it smoothly. Mix ingredients, add dry products and spices.
Add beer to the cake. Mix whole with a spoon or mixer at low speed.
Dip the fish in the body on both sides
Bake pancakes on fat (half-thick fish). The baking time is about 2 minutes for each side.
