Easy salad in the form of carrots

 For the manufacture of tubes we will need: 

 - 500 g of puff pastry
- Carrot juice mixed with tomato paste 

 For the filling in the salad we need ingredients: 

 - 2 chicken breasts
- 2 fresh cucumbers
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- dill
- mayonnaise
- parsley for decoration 

 Preparation:
Roll out the puff pastry. Cut  it into strips, about 1 cm wide. Fold a cone-shaped stick out of a  thick cardboard and wrap the dough strips on it, making carrots.
Put  the tubes of dough on a baking tray, grease with carrot juice with  tomato paste (you can take an orange food color) and bake until cooked  in the oven. 

 Prepare the salad by mixing grated eggs on a large grater, cucumbers, chicken breasts, chopped, finely chopped dill. Salt, pepper, grease with mayonnaise.
Fill the cooled tubules with a salad. Decorate with lettuce leaves.
