Right! Although I think it is pretty hard to spoil chicken it is good with anything really, unless you burn it haha

there is special way to spoil the chicken and to avoid tough meat, here we call it "ungkap" means that before all cooking process begin, u put the chicken in a combination of warm water+ some ingredients/spices for an hour if im not wrong..i don't know the spices kind just ask nurfajarfajri about it
