Bow Pasta w/ Extra Lean Beef Garlic Meatballs & Wine Soaked Cheddar

Dinner time, everybody :D How about some delicious pasta and skinny beef meatballs? Sounds delightful, doesn't it?!

Ingredients:

• bow pasta 300 g;
• 200 g extra lean ground beef (makes 10 medium meatballs);
• 2-3 cloves garlic (minced);
• salt and pepper to taste;
• marinara sauce 300 g;
• 1/4 cup shredded wine soaked cheddar;
• a pinch of parsley flakes;
• cooking oil.

Directions:

Cook bow pasta according to the package instructions.
In a bowl combine ground beef, salt, pepper and minced garlic. Roll the meatballs and heat your cooking oil in a small to medium skillet, fry meatballs at a medium heat until crispy brown, add in marinara sauce and cook for additional 5 minutes.

Serve meatballs over bow pasta or any other type of pasta you like. Top the dish with wine soaked cheddar cheese and parsley flakes.
