Ingredients:

Then pour in several stages of sifted flour. Kneading a soft, slightly sticky dough.

Take one piece, roll into a bowl, put on the parchment sprinkled with flour.

Roll out diameter 23 cm, very thin. Excess cut (you can bake the cuttings immediately with the cake), prick with a fork. Bake for 1-2 minutes at 180 ° C.

For cream, sour cream should be well chilled. Beat with sugar powder until fluffy.

Prunes are washed, dried, cut finely and poured into the cream, gently mix.
