Ingredients:

Olive oil - 2 items. Spoons

Garlic - 2-3 teeth

Pour water into the container, add salt, sugar, pepper and bay leaf. Put chicken breasts in a marinade, cover with a food film and refrigerate for 24 hours.

As early as the second day, the meat should be removed from the marinade, rinsed under running water and dried with something that absorbs moisture. Prepare the icing from honey, olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, pepper and garlic that is mix all these foods together).
Chicken well oil the glaze and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Fold the breasts in rolls, tightly tie a string and put into the refrigerator for the night.

Heat the oven to 160 degrees. You can bake on a baking sheet covered with foil. Put the meat in the oven for about 1 hour.
