How to - Cathedral Window Jelly

Hello everyone!

We had an internet downtime yesterday so I have not made any post but anyway, I am so back to life now! It's a good time to hunt some good dessert to make. Here is a very colorful and yummy dessert courtesy of Panlasang Pinoy. I have not tried this recipe before but thanks to Panlasang Pinoy, he gave me an idea on what to make the next time I have visitors coming. Here is how to make it...

Ingredients...

1/2 cup red, yellow, and green jelly, cooked according to package instructions and cut into cubes
1 1/4 cups whipping cream
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
4 packets Knoxx uncolored and unflavored gelatin (note: each packet contains 2 1/4 teaspoons of gelatin powder)

Procedure...

  1. Mix pineapple juice and the unflavored gelatin in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add in the whipping cream and condensed milk, mix well.
  3. Add in the prepared 3 colored gelatin(cubed). Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture in the mold, cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
  5. After 4 hours, we may now lift the mold and it's ready to serve.
