Good morning Philippines and Hello World! Mr. Sun is a bit tired and it has been gloomy for days already. Rainy days are here and my ideal activity, curling up in bed, snuggling the pillows and eating a hot porridge or hot meal. Today I am going to share a recipe with the help of Panlasang Pinoy. This is perfect for the gloomy and rainy weather these days to be shared with friends and family.
Ingredients...

miki noodles (cooked)
pork
pig's intestines (cleaned and cooked)
onion powder
shrimp paste
pig's liver
toasted garlic
spring onions
crushed chicharon
sugar
salt
ground black pepper
beef bouillon (optional)
water

Procedure...

1 Bring to boil the water in a pot, add salt, ground black pepper, sugar, beef buillon, onion powder and shrimp paste. Let it boil for a few minutes more and add the pork. Cook until tender.

2 Add the liver and intestine. Let it boil for a few minutes. Turn the heat off and segregate the pork, liver and intestine. Set it aside. The pork needs to be sliced.

3 In a serving bowl, add the miki noodles and top with the sliced pork, liver and intestine. After arranging the ingredients on top of the noodles, pour in the broth.

4 Garnish with toasted garlic, crushed chicharon and green onions. Ready to serve..
