[Korean Food Introduction #42] Doenjang-jjigae (Soybean Paste Stew)
I am posting at steemit in Korea, and I would like to introduce you Korean food that Koreans enjoy.
This is the 42nd introduction of Korean food. Doenjang-jjigae is the food to introduce today.
Doenjang-jjigae is one of the foods that Koreans eat most often with Kimchi-jjigae.
Doenjang is a fermented soybean meal, which is also a source of soy sauce.
Doenjang is a protein and fiber rich food.
◎ Doenjang-jjigae
◆ Food Ingredients
: Doenjang, red pepper powder, garlic, beef, zucchini, onion, red pepper, tofu, the final washing water of rice.
◆ Recipe
01 . Prepare the vegetables as follows.
02 . Add Doenjang 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon garlic and mix well.
03 . Pour the final washing water of rice into the pan and let the Doenjang mixed.
04 . When the water begins to boil, put the prepared pumpkin and onion first.
05 . When the water boils again, it will put the beef. At this time, it is good to remove boiling bubbles with a spoon.
06 . Put pepper and tofu and boil for about 5 minutes and it is finished.
◆ Completed dishes
I prepared with various side dishes at home.
It is very delicious to eat with rice and Kimchi.
