I am posting at steemit in Korea, and I would like to introduce you Korean food that Koreans enjoy.

This is the first introduction to Korean food and first posting in steemit.

The food I will introduce today is Baekban.

Baekban consists of home-cooked foods, basically rice, two or three kinds of seasonal herbs, kimchi, soup or stew, and grilled foods.

Baekban is not limited in its composition or materials, but it varies by season or region.

Baekban made today is not traditionally determined, but made from the materials at home.

1 ) seasoned wild chive

Ingredients

: wild chive, soy sauce half cup, red pepper powder 4 tbsp, plum liquor 3 tbsp, mashed garlic 1 tbsp, sesame oil 1 tbsp, sesame 1 tsp

Wild chive First clean wild chive and prepare it by chopping.

Put the wild chive in the bowl and mix all the prepared seasoning ingredients.

You can add plum juice and soy sauce according to your preference.

2 ) seasoned broccoli

Ingredients

: 1 broccoli, salt 0.5tbsp, sesame oil 0.5tbsp, ses 1tbsp

Broccoli should be cleaned and ready to be cut to a good size.

Put the water in the pot and add 0.5 tablespoons of salt. And when the water boils, add broccoli and cook for 30 ~ 40 seconds.

The boiled broccoli is slightly rinsed in cold water to remove moisture.

Add salt, sesame oil and sesame to the prepared broccoli.

3 ) Other side dishes

Place kimchi in good shape and prepare sausage, grilled seaweed, and egg fried rice.

I prepared orange as a dessert.

It is time to eat now.

I put rice and seasoned wild chive on a grilled seaweed. The spring fragrance of seasoned wild chive is great.

Broccoli was also delicious.

Koreans eat Baekban this way. This Baekban is a favorite food for men, women, children and the elderly.

If you have not tried Baekban yet, I recommend you try it when you come to Korea.
