Pasta for dinner / Pasta zum Abendessen

Hello Steemians ... Suddenly I have got the mood to eat pasta today. What kind of pasta I cook that would depend on what is available in the fridge.
So ... I managed to find a package of capers, shrimps, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and some courgettes.
That's definitely gonna be a very sumptuous meal. ^_^ |
Hallo Steemians Heute bekam ich plötzlich Lust auf Pasta, deshalb suchte ich, was für geeignete Zutaten überhaupt noch im Kühlschrank zu finden waren.
Also ... ich fand noch Kapern, Paprikas, Cherry Tomaten, Garnelen und Zucchini im Kühlschrank.
Das war total perfekt für mein Abendessen heute. ^_^ |

Now let me explain what I did to prepare that tasty dinner ...
First I need to chop some peterselie and smash 3 cloves of garlic while the pasta is being cooked for a few minutes together with a teaspoon of boullion powder and a pinch of salt. Then I sliced the bell peppers into thin stripes and the courgettes too, but roundly. The cherry tomatoes are also sliced into 2 parts. Pour some olive oil in the pan and sauté the garlic, peterselie, some capers, sliced bell pepper, courgettes and tomatoes for 1 minute. |
Ich erzähle euch gleich, wie ich diese Sorte Pasta zubereite: Erstmal zerkleinere ich etwas Petersilie und zerschlage dann 3 Zehen Knoblauch. Dann schneide ich die Paprikas, Tomaten und Zucchinis, während die Pasta mit etwas Salz und 1 Teelöffel Bouillon-Pulver gekocht wird. Danach brate ich das zerschlagene Knoblauch und die Petersilie etwa eine Minute lang in Olivenöl. Schließlich kommen das Gemüse und die Kapern dazu. |

Gib dann noch die Garnelen und eine Prise Salz dazu. Rühre alles für ein paar Minuten um, bis die Garnelen ihre Rosa-Farbe angenommen haben, als Zeichen, dass sie gut durchgekocht sind. |
The pasta is ready to serve with some parmesan cheese.
I guarantee you, it's really tasty. ^_^
[Die Nudeln sind nun bereit zum Servieren. Ich mag viel Parmesan, deshalb benutze ich auch hier relativ viel davon. ^_^
