Tikka chicken
Ingredients:
750 g of chicken breasts
150 g plain yogurts
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 lemon (its juice)
2 tablespoons of oil
To decorate:
2 slices of lemons
Parsley

1 salad bowl
Preparation:
Step 1
With the exception of chicken, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes that you will soak in the previous mixture. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Divide the chicken over 4 skewers and spend 5 to 6 minutes under the grill, turning often.
Step 3
Arrange kebabs on plates, decorate with lemon, parsley and serve.
