The new trend is keeping fit and losing fat. We undergo diet plans and leave out essential fruits that will help us. Even on a normal day, we don't eat fruits before or after our meals. Guess what?I found a way with which you can lose unhealthy fat and gain good muscle.

IMPORTANCE OF EATING FRUITS

  1. Most fruits are naturally low in fat, sodium and calories, none have cholesterol.
  2. Fruits are the basic sources of many natural nutrients that are under consumed; potassium, vitamin c, dietary fiber and folic acid.
  3. Fruits are important for growth and repair of body tissues, helps heal cuts and wounds, and keeps teeth and gums healthy.

you're not the only one looking for how to gain weight oh, thats why i want to venture into modelling. i don't know where all the food is going to.

Lol... Im not that of a heavy eater though...
