Candied French Fries Anyone?

Being an artist....no challenge is too big....all it takes is creativity.

So my son comes to me and says he wants to give candied french fries to his secret santa (long story why he picked french fries)....the wheels start turning.

I researched candying fruit, how to make rock candy, candy glass....but sometimes the easiest method works the best.

These are crinkle cut fries...baked as crispy as I could get them...and dipped in white chocolate.

I know you're asking how they taste....well, he says they are yummy.

Could this be the next big christmas candy craze?....anything is possible :)
