SLUTTY BROWNIES

I enjoy a good dessert, and once a week I allow myself to indulge in any food and dessert that I feel like eating. For the past year I've been addicted to Slutty Brownies, after having seen a video about it on youtube.

Now imagine a warm chocolate chunk cookie, topped with oreos and then finished off with a layer of a fudge brownie. These brownies are delicious and very easy to make!

Ingredients

1 tube of chocolate chip cookie dough
1 package of Double Stuf Oreos
1 box of brownie mix
1/4 cup of water or milk
1/3 cup of vegetable oil or unsalted butter
One egg
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (Optional)

Using milk instead of water, unsalted butter instead of vegetable oil and adding 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the brownie mix enhances the flavor of the brownies and makes them taste homemade!

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees and line the baking pan with parchment paper
2. Spread the Cookie Dough evenly on the parchment paper
3. Top with oreos
4. Pour brownie batter evenly over cookie dough and oreo layer
5. Bake the brownies for 30-35 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean
6. Cool the brownies for 10 minutes, then cut and enjoy!
