While waiting

Today was a public holiday in Malaysia. We spent the day as a family having an early dinner at about 6 pm. My son, Kaizen, was understandably bored. He had to attend a class; this was his bored face after we picked him up. This was a picture of us, waiting for the food to arrive.

Dinner was ordinary, Malaysian Chinese food. Nothing unusual. Nothing spectacular. I was blessed to have my favourite, Kong Po Chicken Rice. Basically its chicken cooked with dried chillies, in a sweet sauce. There's a bit of onions as well.

Later, we went to a nearby playground. My son had a good time playing at the slides and the obstacle course. It was good to see him run around together with the other kids.
