also known as clarified butter, is a nutrient dense, and lactose-free, dairy source of fat that is stable under heat, which makes it great for cooking. Its flavor is best suited for savory dishes. pictured here is melted 60 grams of ghee, which is a good starting base for most single serving dishes. It is also safe to store outside of the fridge, although storing it in the fridge will make it last longer, especially for those living in warmer climates.
