I did bake a perfect "Banana Cupcake" (^_^)
When we got home from the office, I decided to bake a Banana Cupcake for the kids and for me also! (^_^) And for my wife, I did cook mixed vegetables only for her diet.
Can you do cooking vegetables and preparing Banana Cupcake at the same time? Well, I did in just 1 hour and 15 minutes everything is done including cooking of rice! Amazing is it? Let's start now the Banana cake. (^_^)
Banana Cupcake Finish product
Ingredients:
- 1 cup banana "mashed"
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 pieces raw egg
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 all-purpose flour
- 1 Tsp baking soda
Procedure:
- Combine all the dry ingredients starting with the flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda then mix the dry ingredients thoroughly until everything is evenly distributed.
- Combine all the wet ingredients in one bowl starting from mashed bananas, eggs, cooking oil, vanilla essence until everything is mixed well. Then mix well with the dry ingredients until a batter is formed.
- Grease the mold paper cup and pour in the mixture.
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit then bake the mixture for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven then allow to cool down for a few minutes. You may put the bread in the fridge to cool or serve immediately. Share and Enjoy! (^_^)
