Water filter: Drink about 8 glasses of water a day to help reduce dyspepsia by acidifying the acid in the stomach. Water also supports the transport of food and wastes through the intestinal tract. This prevents constipation and reduces the risk of gastrointestinal disturbances. Keep the habit of drinking 1 cup of water before and after each meal; Replacing caffeinated beverages by drinking filtered water can reduce irritation of the gastrointestinal mucosa and improve digestion.

Low Fat Foods: Choose low fat foods that are easier to digest than high-fat foods and help limit indigestion, heartburn, and other digestive disorders. Choose lean meat, chicken and fish. Cooking, roasting or grilling is a better way to cook than frying greasy greens. Choosing low fat milk instead of whole milk can help reduce stomach irritation and enhance digestion.

Yogurt: Yogurt is one of the best healing foods for indigestion. This is a good source of probiotic-friendly bacteria that works well for digestion and overall health. But choose the sugar-free yogurt, the best self-sour naturally instead of commercial yogurt. Commercial yogurt usually contains an additional amount of sugar and can negatively affect the balance of bacteria in the digestive system. Yogurt is best served between meals or as a dessert.
