Sushi Dinner!

MIXED BENTO
The first meal we had was a mixed bento which consists of 3 pieces of tempura chicken and 2 slices of fried salmon dipped with sweet sauce. The chicken was crispy and tender and the salmon was so fresh as if came directly from the sea and onto the plate.

SAKANA BLACKPEPPER FISH
The second meal we had was a Sakana black pepper sauce fish rice . This dish consist of rice, miso soup, chawanmushi and a tempura fish with black pepper sauce sitting on top of some lovely vegetables. I did not like the miso soup as it was a little sour and not to my liking but the rest of it was fantastic.
