Everyone knows cinnamon as spices. It is basically the tree bark. But many people do not know that these spices are the palliative components of pain. It is possible to get rid of pain if using it in different types of pain. There is some information for you about that.

01. Remove arthritis pain -

To reduce the pain of arthritis, consume two cups of honey and one spoon cinnamon powder mixed in a cup of water to eat every morning and evening. Get result after 1 week, if you eat to regularly.

02. Remove Pain in the bone joints –

If there is a pain in the bone of the body, make the thin paste mixed in warm water with equal quantity of honey and cinnamon powder. Keeping the place of pain by massaging this mixture. Pain will be cured.
