What I had for dinner

So I'm part Ecuadorian and tonight I have one of my favorite Ecuadorian dishes! It's called Sancocho.

It's one of the best soups I have ever had!

It has sweet corn, short ribs, and yucca. It's boiled in a pot for 2 hours or until the meat is falling off the bone! YUMMY
