The way the burgers work at home

 Hello my dear friends Steemians!

Welcome back to another page of The Housewife Recipe Book!

Today, I will share with you a recipe that I cook quite often! It is really easy to make and very delicious, I am sure you will enjoy it too! 

Burger is a favorite food for all children especially, and today we will give you a recipe for preparing burgers at home, with a lower cost than buying it from abroad, while ensuring the cleanliness of your food and safety.

  • Burger components:

* 1/2 kilo minced meat.

* Onion medium.

* Garlic (optional)

* 2 tablespoons flour.

* Biscuit Cup (250g)

* Teaspoon salt.

* Teaspoon pepper.

* Eggs.

  • How to prepare burgers:

*In the cup, put the minced meat and the onion and grind them well until they are completely blended (you can also chop the onion with flour and wonder in your hand if you do not have a cup)

*Place the crumbs and flour in the cup, salt and pepper and mix until mixed.

*Add the egg and knead again with the cup until the egg completely disappears.

*Remove the dough from the cup and cover it with a plastic bag and place in the fridge for 3 hours.

*We take the dough out of the refrigerator and separate it and cut it to the size we want.

  • The way to form the burger to become circular and conventional size:

  • Burger can be used immediately, or saved by placing it in plastic paper between each and every one.
  • The burger can be fried in oil or on the grill.

NB : 

  • The amount of meat can be replaced with chicks if you want to burger chicks instead of meat.
  • The amount of squash can be replaced with crushed soy beans.
  • Weft and chick can be replaced with soybeans, which is a vegetarian burger

I make the patty in my hand. This is easy to do. The secret is to do it gently since you should not destroy the fragile texture.
