Hoy preparé de desayuno arepa fritas un menú que le encantan a niños y adultos, en mi hogar nos gusta a todos, espero a ustedes también.
Today I prepared breakfast arepa fritas a menu that children and adults love, in my home we like all, I hope to you too
Ingredientes / Ingredients
Harina de maíz / Cornmeal
Pizca de sal / pinch of salt
Agua / Water
Relleno / Filling
Jamón / Ham
Queso / Cheese
Aguacate / Avocado
Margarina(opcional) / Margarine (optional)
Rica arepa rellena / Rich arepa stuffed
Agregamos suficiente agua a la harina y amasamos / Add enough water to the flour and knead
Amasamos muy bien / knead very well
Formamos una bola redonda y aplanamos / We form a round ball and flatten
Freímos con suficiente aceite / Fry with enough oil
Dejar que doren bien / Let them brown well
Jamon, queso, aguacate / Ham, cheese, avocado
Rellenamos y buen provecho / Fill in and enjoy
