Rhubarb pickles and mint jam from my garden.
Today I have been picking rhubarb and mint in my garden and made pickles and marmelade. The pickles goes well with meat and fish. It's very tasty. If you tried to make it yourself you'd be surprised by the taste. The mint marmelade goes well with yoghurt and fruit, it could also be used with dessert and cake

Yes you can do it easy. In the rhubarb pickles I have rhubarb, chili, and som spices.
