That looks so delicous! I have never heard of these hams , it must be smoked!? Im sure their here in Canada somewhere , but I usually cant afford them I would have no idea where to even shop for one ! Lol ! Thanks for shareing ! Great for Christmas entertaining ! Steem on ! 👌👍

Its cured raw and not smoked . It used to be a rare thing to see them here but they are becoming more popular now. In Spain there are everywhere! :)
