4 Sugarless / Healthy EASY DETOX WATER DRINKS ! For a flatter tummy and belly bloat !

These water drinks are very healthy in many ways! And a great way to cleanse your body ! Theres no sugar or fillers, that you would find in store bought water drinks! And they are so easy to prepare you wont believe it !
Now for me the Cucumber and lemon one i make most often as its items that are always available in the store and relatively inexpensive to make! I just grab a bag full of lemons and a few cucumbers ( long english ones have less seeds!) And maybe some mint leaves if they are available!

#1) Cucumber Lemon Water : 🍃🍋🍋🍋🍃
1 Lemon / 1/2 of a Cucumber / a few sprigs mint. / Water

Put your cleaned and sliced lemon, cukes, mint into a
Water jug, swish around, let steep overnight! Enjoy!
( you can keep topping the jug up with water for a few days
Till the the fruit goes to limp and less flavor. Its Delious,! )

Bennifits : Lemons will kick start your digestion while flushing out toxins, the vitamin C will brighten up your skin!

#2) Strawberry Basil Water : 🍃🍓🍓🍓🍃
10 whole strawberries / 2 lemon wedges / juice of 1/2 a lemon / handfull basil leaves.

Add all ingredients to 1 gallon of purified water,
Stir with wooden spoon, let stand 4 hours, ENJOY!

BENNIFITS : Strawberries are high in antioxidants, vitamin C, and potassium ! And the Basil has Anti-inflammatory and Antibacterial properties,!

#3) Ginger Mint Water : 🍃🍋🍃🍋🍃
1 Cucumber, 2 inches peeled ginger root, 2 lemon/lime wedges, 10 mint leaves, pich Himalayan Salt, dash pepermint oil.
Put all the above in a pitcher full of water, mix, let stand 3 or 4 hrs,ENJOY!

BENNIFITS : Ginger has many anti inflamitory properties and is great for relieving upset stomach and sore throats!

#4) Mango , Lemon, Pineapple Water 🍋🍍🍋🍍🍋🍍
Just put some cubed up pineapple and mango in the
Bottom of a glass 1/3, add some lemon slices and water,! ENJOY!
