Ingredients

500 grams pork neck, 500 grams of mushrooms, 3-4 onions, 3-4 red tomatoes, 200 grams cheese, 500 g of 15% sour cream, 200 grams of cheese, a few slices of pineapple, black pepper coarse, thyme, marjoram, Basil, mustard and flour for obvalivanie meat, salt and vegetable oil for greasing forms.

Method of preparation

Cut pork across the grain into pieces 1-2 cm thick. Each piece bounces and smeared with mustard. Meat roll in flour,fry until Golden crust. After (!) roasting salt. Mushrooms cut into large pieces and fried with oil until visible traces of podzharistoy on hats. Onions and tomatoes cut into rings.
