Sorry i forgot to mention one thing i.e. Resource Credits (RC)
They are required to do any operation on steem block chain. There max value depends on steem power, and they also do generate 20% daily. So for a newbie its a bit tough to interact as he/she has very less sp. Yours are already running low. you can also check them on the same links. If you do run out of them just call me i'll delegate you some Steem Power to get you started.

Also at this stage your vote isn't worth much, so try using it on;y when necessary but try engaging with like minded people and posts, if you read some post do comment related to post so people will get to know you and you will rise slowly. Engagement is the key here. So instead of voting everybody try engaging with thoughts and ideas. :)
