Amazing Mini Grand Dessert

Hi Steemit,

This post will be about a dessert I made last Christmas. I love cooking and challenging myself to make something that is difficult to make.
I made everything from scratch, because I think it is always more delicious to make things by yourself and make them as fresh as possible.
This Mini Grand Dessert consists out of: a piece of dark chocolate brownie, a citrus cheesecake with a candied orange slice, a coffee and chocolate mousse, a meringue, a mango and passion fruit mousse and lastly some fresh pineapple. AS decoration I used an edible flower, home made cookie crumbs and lime zest.
I had a lot of fun preparing all these separate things and put them together on one plate. I wanted to have the perfect balance between sweet, sour and bitter.
Everybody loved the dessert and I must say that I thought that it was delicious.
