Meat Spring Rolls

Good evening to everyone across the globe, hehe! :)
We are having meat spring rolls for breakfast. This dish contains ground pork, carrots chopped thinly or minced, and salt and pepper to taste.
In our language, we call this food "lumpia". In my own version of lumpia, I cook the ground pork and carrots first before rolling it in the lumpia wrapper. It doesn't have to be cooked fully, I just want to extract the oil from the meat and just make it half-cooked with the carrots. On a heated pan, put the ground pork, stir occassionally until oil is extracted and then put in the carrots. Add the salt and pepper for flavoring. When the color of the pork turns brownish, turn off the heat and let it cool for awhile before wrapping it.
For most people I know, they don't do this, they directly mix the ground pork and carrots and wrapped it in before cooking the rolls.
Once you're done wrapping the ingredients in the lumpia wrapper, deep-fry for approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until the wrapper turns golden brown. You can dip your spring rolls in ketchup or any sauce of your choice. You can make a combination of chili, vinegar and soy sauce dip, too.

I love Spring Rolls ! I ate them for the first time in my life in 2011 when I was on my first voyage as a cadet on the sea and I loved them since.
