Coconut Meat
We made another special dessert out of coconut meat. In our dialect we call it lamaw. We simply mixed the coconut water, coconut meat and a can of condensed milk.
Aside from the water content of the coconut which has been widely-used for healthy nutrition, its white meat as well is healthy for us. Here are the a few things you might want to know. As per onegreenplanet.org, here are the benefits of the white meat in coconut:

- Plentiful potassium.
- Fiber.
- Easy to digest.
