Hello, my steemit people today, like every day I wanted to teach them how to make a recipe for a sweet typical of my country such as yucca fritters, these are very peculiar sweets and especially very rich here I leave you the ingredients you need to do them and how they prepare.

• 1kg of cassava
• 1 brown paper
• ½ kg of white cheese
• Oil
• Butter
• Cinnamon
• Cloves
• 200g of wheat flour.
To start making the famous donuts you must first start by cooking the previously peeled yuca to let them cook until they are more or less soft (do not leave them soft a bit hard is better).
Then let it rest a bit and when they are already cold you can proceed to grind them in a mill, while grinding fences you should go adding the cheese in the mill with the yucca so that they grind together and integrate.
When you have finished grinding you will get a sticky puy dough so you have to add it to knead the wheat flour and butter and you must knead it very well and then start making little balls and start to fry until they are well browned.
For the syrup you have to melt the foil into the fire with water and add the cinnamon sticks and odors so that the molasses will taste when all the melted paper can turn off and remove it from the fire.
After you have the syrup, add it to the fritters above and you will have your delicious sweet donuts, they are very rich friends I really recommend them.
