Rueti Sueob - Aceh Dessert For Pudding Lovers (Photos and Recipe)

Steemians..! Any idea for easy desert today? I've got one; Rueti Sue'ob. It is kind of pudding. Today I'd like to share you the recipe.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup eggs
• 1 cup cococnut milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 10 pandan loafs
• salt
• Jackfruit for topping

Instructions:

1. Beat eggs and sugar

2. Soak loafes into coconut milk

3. Mix together loaf and coconut milk into the eggs

4. Add in salt

5. Add in jackfruit

Pour to the mold

Steam for about 25 minutes

Serve
