Potato Sausages Crocket ( Photos and Recipe)

My dearest steemian moms..! What else your kids favorite food( besides ice cream, chocolate, candy, etc.. :D)? Mine is sausages. They can never stop eating sausages! They prefer to eat those sausages than their lunch or dinner. So, combine sausages into something more full to their belly, I then made potato crocket with sausages as the filling. They lovin' it! I share you my pics.

Igredients

• Potato (boil and mash)
• 30 gr flour
• 5 sausages
• Shallot
• Garlic
• Salt
• Peper
• Celery
• Bread crumb

Making Process

1. Mash up potatoes.
   

   

2. Add in shallot and garlic.
   

   

3. Add in celery, mix well.
   

   

4. Make ball shape, fill in sausages.
   

   

5. Coat in the bread crumb.
   

   

6. Fry
